Marketing Technologies

Do you want a career in business? Want to be your own boss? Have a great idea for a new business or product that will revolutionize the way people live?

Marketing Technologies students also organize and run the annual Small Business Showcase with the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as help to operate The Upper Deck, SST's school store. Marketing Technologies students participate in DECA, an organization that provides leadership and other professional opportunities, as well as the chance to compete with other business-minded students on both the local and national level.

First Year

First-year Marketing Technologies students learn about a career in the business world by studying entrepreneurship, management, e-commerce, sports and entertainment marketing, hospitality and tourism, and the impact of social media on today's marketing campaigns. These students create and develop their own products and develop both a local and international marketing plan to bring it to the masses.

Marketing Technologies

College credit is available through Running Start, and many students choose to continue their education at highly-respected colleges throughout the U.S.

Second Year

Students in the second year of the program complete an individualized curriculum based on their personal business interests and aspirations. Recent areas of specialization include: business management, sports and entertainment marketing, hospitality, fashion, event planning, advertising, entrepreneurship, business law, international business and finance.
